Where have you been? and what have you been doing? - - - family, school, career, pastimes, good times, etc.

I have a daughter, a granddaughter, and another granddaughter on the way. I have been a practicing lawyer for 47 years in Tampa, Florida.  I attended Miami University and the University of Cincinnati Law School.

favorite high school memory

Attending the Friday night football games and wrestling on the high school team. I enjoyed the classes, the teachers, and the general feel of Eastmoor High School.

unique achievement

I served as the chairman of the Ethics Commission for the state of Florida, and was appointed by the governor to chair a task force on ethics in government. I was lead trial counsel in four trials receiving national attention, one of which resulted in a book entitled "ultimate judgment".

standout event

One of my cases resulted in the largest jury verdict in a medical malpractice case in the state of Florida and it was a third largest in the nation.

unforgettable trip

Family ski trips out west, Cinque Terra, Alaska, Ireland, London, Paris, Rome; how do you pick a favorite? We just got back from the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver and Seattle; spectacular.

little-known fact

I was pretty much unknown in high school. My only claim to fame was being my older brother, tipper's little brother.

You’ve come a long way in 55 years. Where are you going in the next five years?

My girlfriend, Joette, and I are going to take many family vacations and embark on other fantastic adventures.
